A cancellation shouldn't be an empty chair.
Text the opening to your waitlist in one tap. The first patient to reply YES is booked automatically.

You know how a cancellation morning goes.
- 10:52
A patient cancels their 2:00 appointment.
- 11:05
You start down the list. Voicemail. Voicemail. A number that no longer works.
- 11:40
Someone calls back, but you've already offered it to someone else. Now you're juggling two.
- 2:00
The hygienist has an hour with no patient.
- One missed 1-hour hygiene visit
- about $150
- Two late cancellations a day, five days a week
- $1,500 a week
Illustrative math. Your own average visit value goes into Settings, and the board uses it.
One tap at the front desk. The rest happens by text.

No double bookings. No texts you'd regret sending.
First YES wins. Never two bookings.
Claiming the slot is a single atomic database update. When two patients reply in the same second, exactly one is booked and the other is told it was just claimed.
36 milliseconds apart. One booking.
See what it earned you
The board adds up every filled slot at your average visit value, so you know what the waitlist recovered today.

Revenue recovered this week: 9 slots × $150. Example figures.

Texts a patient would be glad to get
Offers carry only the patient's first name, the practice and the time. No procedures, notes or chart details are stored or sent. STOP, HELP and START are handled automatically, and opted-out patients are never texted.

Is our patient information safe?
We keep names, phone numbers and the texts themselves. Nothing clinical. Patient phone numbers are encrypted in our database, every query is scoped to your practice, staff passwords are hashed, and the cancellation webhook rejects any request that isn't signed with your practice's secret. Whether you need a business associate agreement (BAA) is for your practice to decide; ask us before you start.
How long does setup take?
Create an account, pick a toll-free texting number, enter your business details and upload your waitlist as a CSV. US carriers must verify a toll-free number before it can text patients. That usually takes 3 to 5 business days, and texting switches on by itself once it is approved.
What if two patients reply YES at the same moment?
Exactly one gets the slot. Claiming is a single atomic database update, so the second reply, even a few milliseconds later, gets "Sorry, this slot was just claimed!" instead of a booking.
What if nobody replies?
By default an offer closes after two hours, or 30 minutes before the appointment, whichever comes first, and the slot shows Expired. While it's live you can text the next 20 people on your list with one tap.
What if a text doesn't go through?
Sends are retried. Anything the carrier still can't deliver is marked as failed in that patient's thread, and the broadcast tells you how many patients couldn't be reached.
Can patients stop the texts?
Yes. Replying STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) opts them out on the spot with a confirmation, and they're never texted again unless they reply START. HELP gets your front-desk number.
Can we cancel?
Any time. Plans are month to month with no contract, billed through our payment provider, Dodo Payments. After you cancel, your patients stop getting offers.
The next time someone cancels, fill the chair.
Set up your waitlist today, and the next opening goes out in one tap.
